Multi-Yarn (Strand insulation)

DGY is a polyester fuse mixed with fiberglass yarn. SGY is a fiberglass yarn used for magnetic wire insulation. DGY & SGY are wound on painted copper conductors and then baked in the oven to achieve rigid insulation. THE DGY yarn is melted during the firing cycle and binds tightly to the copper conductor. DGY and SGY insulated magnetic wire is very robust, flexible, abrasion resistant and suitable for class F insulation.
