Dry mica tape was developed for the vacuum impregnation of electric motors. It is made using various adhesives and backing materials.
Conductor insulation mica tape
This mica tape is used for the insulation of copper conductors for high voltage motors and generators. It has excellent fexibility which gives good adhesion to the copper conductor.
Pre-impregnated mica tape
Prepreg mica tapes are semi-hardened tapes made from calcined muscovite mica paper impregnated with heat resistant epoxy resin.
DMD
DMD is a re-layered composite paper made by laminating a polyester non-woven fabric on both sides of a polyester film. it is suitable for winding class F electric motors
Fully Cured Mica Tape
These tapes are fully cured using special adhesives. No special machinery is required for the production of electric motors.
Nomex Prepreg
NXP is a prepreg material coated with a Class F epoxy on one or both sides of Nomex paper. It has high adhesive strength and heat resistance and excellent chemical properties.
NKN
NKN is a three-ply composite paper made by laminating NOMEX aramid paper on both sides of Polymide Film. They are suitable for slot lining and phase insulation for traction motors.
VDMPLEX
VDMPLEX is a multilayer laminate of non-woven polyester and polyester film coated with heat resistant paint. It can be used as an external material on resin-coated transformers.
NTN
SWECOMEX is a flexible three-layer compound that uses NOMEX aramid paper on both sides of the polyester film. is a class H insulating material used as a coil separator.

EGL is a rigid glass fabric laminate panel bonded with epoxy using high heat and pressure. It has excellent electrical properties, good mechanical strength and high heat resistance.
CRN
Nomex® crepe paper (CRN) is used for lead insulation of dry and oil immersed transformers. It is used for winding the flexible part of motors and transformers.
Woven Tape
The woven ribbons are made using a conventional weaving process with strict quality control.
VOC
